How long do you have to sleep sitting up?

Hi ladies!
How long do you have to sleep sitting up?
Then what is the next position you can go to? Lying flat on your bed, on you side? Etc
I’m currently on day 2 and sleeping sitting up, even with lots of pillows, is tough. Not been able to fall into a deep sleep only long naps xx
