How long does it take until the pain goes?

I had my boobs done yesterday afternoon I’m in so much pain sleeping on my back tonight I’m just wondering how long will this last and how long do you have to lay on ur back for I hate laying on my back sleeping xx

I stopped the pain killers a little after one week it really does get better.

You are meant to sleep upright for minimum two weeks I had my two week checkup this week and the nurse wants me to continue upright maybe till six weeks. Then after that you can sleep on your back but not your side for a while.

Has your nurse told you something different?

For sleeping upright has to be a 45 degree angle. I got a batwing cushion that someone recommend off here. But girls tend to get the V pillows from Argos or amazon or eBay.

I’m day 6 and the pain is 10 times better. Yesterday morning was prob my worst but today they are feeling much better. Hang on in there, take pain killers, drink water and rest. You will get there Hun! Hope your sleeping improves. I had sleeping tablets, just nytol over the counter and along with all the other drugs that did the trick and I managed some sleep. The back rest and v pillow from Argos is brilliant xx

Yes Iv been sleeping on my v pillow on 45 degree angle it’s just so hard didn’t think it would be this hard! Felt sick this morning but keep saying to myself it will be worth it! Just really painful getting morngy feels like my boobs are going to drop off and good to hear pain goes after a week! Xx

Ahh ok. Well hopefully you will start to get used to it. I felt really sick first couple of days too. I’m so much better today. Obviously everyone is different but most girls seem to notice a big difference after the first week xx
