How long to take off work

Will a week be enough , I’m a nail technician so only sit at desk doing nails so surly a week off is all il need ? X

I would think so, youll probably feel quiet achey compared to normal at the end of the day for a few weeks though. Im a nurse so im taking 2 weeks off xx

Think I could only afford to take a week off and wouldn’t wanna let my clients down too much I have a salon in my home so I make my own hours up to work round me so I may just do half days for a week or so if I find it difficult but it’s not like any heavy lifting is involved or having to lift arms right up x

I have 9 days and I am a p.e teacher hoping this will be enought my consultant said it would x

I think it should be as long as don’t do anything g too drastic x

I’m over a week PO now and I would of been fine to go back to work after a week xx

Hi Hun I’m a beauty therapist of my own high street salon I had my op on Tuesday and I was back to work today. I’ve not got any waxing pedis massage etc booked till next Tuesday but today I’ve done quite a few sets of nails, shellacs, full set of eyelash extensions , pierced ears and a lash lift! I also did all the bins and swept the floor I’ve been fine! I did have overs so the recovery time is quick but I’m pretty sure after a week you should be ok xx

Hi guys, I have my BA on September 2nd, I have an interview im desperate to do well in on the 10th. Is the swelling likely to go down at all by then? I don’t want to go in with balloons under my shirt lol xx

You will be fine Courtney. I’m 9 days PO with 350cc unders and by a week I was back to normal. Mine don’t look that big in clothes yet even though they are a good size! Sports bras hold them in nicely so you will be able to disguise them xx
