How much bigger do unders get?

Hi ladies, I’m 2 days PO and love my new additions! Had 375 HP unders from a 32b and the pain is just about bare able. I’m just wondering how many cup sizes they usually go up after they drop and fluff. I’ve attached a pic from day 1 PO. Thanks! Xx

Hi 🙂 I had 400cc unders 8 days ago and I asked the nurse this question and she said they don’t actually get any bigger they may seem bigger as they drop because they won’t feel so hard and stuff. But I always thought they got bigger as the muscle relaxed but she told me its not true! Xxx

Hey jasmyn who was your surgeon? I had exactly those implants on the 17th with dr Traynor @ Preston I love mine so much still feeling rock hard ontop but we just have to be patient….all the girls reckon they change so much in time and everyone is sooo different yours look fab by the way ? xx @jasmyn

Hi @silverlamp I had mr Traynor on Tuesday too, I think I actually might have seen you being taken into the recovery room at 11ish? Mine are rock hard on top and they’re sitting really high at the moment, lots of dropping to do!!! X

I am 10 months post op, mine have got bigger again recently I am now a 36g so I would say you will keep on seeing changes for up to a year x

Wow yeah that would have been me around that time? it went so smoothly!! Were you before or after me then? Did you get a breast band? I assumed you got one with unders but apparently not if surgeon doesn’t think you need it!! I’ve done a little bit of research and it seems we don’t need them so panic over!!

mine seemed to get bigger and bigger but now feel smaller don’t know if it’s swelling going down or just used to them ha! but i can’t wait to go bra shopping!!! xxx

i had a breast band also wore it for a while whilst they were really high but 3 weeks in they dropped pretty well so left the breast band out think gravity will do its thing dropping them into the pockets anyway hun so don’t panic about breast bands! xxx

@silverlamp I was in after you as I only arrived at 11. I didn’t get a breast band or strapping, just a dressing on the incision. They’re so itchy though. Did you get any painkillers? All I got was ibuprofen and paracetamol and it doesn’t seem strong enough! X

Ah same here @jasmyn I thought we would get codiene my whole torso is aching more then any pain in my boobs,my stomach area is sore to touch,my incisions aren’t iching too bad but supposedly if they are it just means they’re healing?? Xxx

Nothing major they just seemed massive at first due to swelling my d bras were to tight now to big. I fit in a c cup good but I love them still lol xx

mine were tight wearing the macom bras definitely were swollen now not as swollen and fit comfortably in them but the swelling is at the top where they havent dropped they’ve now dropped and are nice an full at the bottom ha so don’t panic! wouldn’t mind mine bigger again but everyone thinks mine are huge haha so guess i’m just being crazy we all must be! but compared to what i had before i’m ecstatic haha xxx

I’ve been offered 350cc HP unders, do yon recommended I go to 375hp if they get smaller?

Did your surgeon recommend 350 as the largest?

Hi Vicky, 25cc is a really negligible amount so if the max you’ve been offered is 350cc I wouldn’t push it for the sake of 25vc
