How much movement post op?

I’ve had 240 overs and not had much bother until last night. It was the 3rd night after my op and I rolled over. I got a really bad burning pain in my left boob. This morning it still feels strange and that the muscle is cramping. Worried IVe done damage or is it that they are loosening and this is the usual feel? Xxx

Clarrisa I would recommend you call the helpline, better to get some professional advice. I have slept upright about 50 degrees (3pillows) and a flight neck pillow for 2 weeks now and couldn’t roll if I wanted too. Also rolled a towel up along side me x
