I think I’m worrying 🙁 had my op yesterday was fine till later on today and I’m that swollen i can’t even move my arms from my shoulders or move my back hardly at all 🙁 the pain is okay apart from feeling very very tight even after changing bra. They were worried about the swelling yesterday before I left but sent me on my way. They are evenly swollen , don’t know how swollen they should be so if anyone else can help settle my mind that would be great , I will attach a pic xx

Hayley, I had my op on Monday I was really swollen Tuesday and Wednesday but it has started to ease a bit today. I started taking arnica from Holland and Barrett yesterday as it is supposed to help bruising. I can move my arms better today but it was very uncomfortable at first. X

Hi Hun, I had so much swelling but only started from day 4 which was weird but I spoke 2 my nurse and surgeon and they said I could put Ice on it which really helped and also I started taking ibuprofen as it’s an anti inflammatory(ask your nurse 1st) after a day or so doing this it helped so much! I couldn’t believe how much better it got. I’d defo give that a try hun. Hope this helps xx
