Hi all, I’ve paid my deposit and confirmed my operation date (24/02/16 – mini tt & laser) and my finance form has been approved I just have to pay the half ( my personal deposit amount) to complete it, but I didn’t want to do it until I’ve had my pre op assessment ( next week ). But I just received a text from “MYA” stating my balance is over due ( the full amount ) and need to do it asap. I have messaged my PA, several times.. NO ANSWER also called the Cardiff office, no response. I’m confused, how soon before your op do you pay for it all?
