how to get rid of the bloated belly after ba :-(

I am 3 days PO. I’ve stopped taking those horrible pain killers which make you bloated. but my belly is huge and in pain. I have been to the toilet. just wondering if there is any quick fix advice?

Omg I am the same!! It’s awful!! Is it the painkillers then or the antibiotics? I’m gonna stop taking the painkillers today if that’s what it is!! I’m 5 days post op today! xx

I was just about to write the same post! Had my op on Monday and I am literally like 9 months pregnant can’t get any of my jeans on! Haven’t eaten barely anything and am still huge!! Anyone know when this goes down??? Xxx

I stopped taking painkillers and got some peppermint oil capsules & it went down a few days after! Think it’s the painkillers & after effects of the GA xxx

I’m 15 days PO and my belly still hasn’t go e back to normal 🙁 xx

Im the same! Its so annoying because I want to show people them and my tummy looks awful lol! Ive got peppermint oils tablets so ill try them

Just enjoy your boobs hun the bloatedness will go, I had BA and tummy tuck 4 weeks ago, couldn’t walk for a week, that’s painful x
