How to ice breasts when you're wearing a breast band?

How is this possible?? 🙁

As in using an ice pack ?
I don’t have a band but I’m wearing the Asda bra which is very comfy but not supportive over the macom and placing it between

@kiymetli Thanks, I’ll try that! In the hospital, they just put ice on top of the breast band.. but I couldn’t even feel any relief at all, or any coldness for that matter, as the band is so thick! xx

Aw you kinda learn to get creative in these situations that was the best way I could keep the ice packs in without having to hold them in place
