how to prepare??

Hey girls my op is on the 22nd of march with mr mournir, Im just wondering what you all did to prepare? Like arnica tablets or any creams etc? Now that its getting close i feel so unprepared haha! Thanks in advance 🙂 xxx

I was advised not to take arnica tablets before but I did after and haven’t had much bruising. Not sure if the arnica helped or not.

I bought a really good moisturiser to put on my boobs after showering in the weeks leading up to my op because the nurse told me if your skin in dry it’s more likely to get stretch marks

I also ate lots of healthy anti inflammatory foods before my op.

Oh really? maybe i will just take them after the op then! Yeah i just got some atretch mark cream hoping that helps haha!? So you dont really have to do alot to prepare then? xxx

Hey, my op is 22nd too ? Where are you having yours? And by the way I’ve brought arnica tablets, taking one a day for next two weeks. Also bio oiling my boobs every night ? X

oh fab! are you in preston? whos your surgeon? hmm maybe i might aswell just take them then! no harm in it, an haha i need bio oil! ive got palmers stretch mark cream at the moment but i need double the help?x

I am in Preston yeah 🙂 your the first person I’ve found having surgery the same day as me ha. Dr. Andrea. Well yeah that’s what I thought I have a friend who had BA few years back and she recommended them so nothing to loose I guess xx

I will sweet no problem 🙂 I’ve ordered 275 and 300 undecided at the moment what to go for ha. I’m currently a 32a hoping for a full C / small D. Although there’s only 25cc difference it does actually seem to make a difference from the pics of seen of others don’t you think! Have you ordered both sizes? Xxx

oh fab thats a lovely size! and yes!!! definatly? on some 350cc pics they are huge, but some 325’s are quite small! but i guess it all depends on the person anyway! yeah ive ordered both sizes but so stressed! hahaha xxx

Yeah, as good as it is to look at others pics they probably won’t look the same on ourselves. I should say out surgeons know what they are on about though and direct us to the right side! 12 days and counting ???

Hi Ladies, I was also in at Preston on 22nd just wondering how u are getting on and how you found the experience? x I had 430cc UHP unders with Dr Andrea, everything seems to be going well but have my 1 week check tmoz so will find out for sure ? xx

Hey! I had my week. check up yesterday all is well.. I still have the plasters on and have to go back again next week to have some stitches removed! Pain is gradually getting better! How have you been? xxx

Hi girls, I hope you are all recovering well! I have my op booked in for Friday at The Fitzroy. Just wondering what and where you got the Arnica tablets! I’m trying to do everything to prepare myself! X

Hey girls, What are Arnica tablets plz? I’ve been told to stop taking multi vits ect except my contraceptive pill , op is on 28th xx

Holland and Barrett sells arnica and I think Asda might too I’m sure my friend bought here from there xx

Asda do I’ve just checked it’s £3.47 for the cream, Holland n Barrett do the tablets or whatever it is so it heals from inside out xx
