8 days till I meet my new puppies.
    I am panicking about profile!
I am having 400cc…… I’ve been told I can have either hp or xhp I’ve been googling like mad can’t really see a big difference? Can any girls who have had xhp give me some info on projection and if the difference is huge? I do like the fake look and I literally have no ‘stuffing’ at the mo so I am thinking may go with xhp? Maybe I should leave it in the hands of my surgeon ahahha….. Any help would be much appreciated ladies, I am having partial unders 400cc.

Hey. Take a look on the Mentor website as they list the dimensions etc. of the different projection implants. UHP have a narrower based with greater projection and therefore are ideal for people who have a small frame but want larger implants. Good luck in deciding. Xx

    Hi Imogen
Thanks so much just had a look! It seems like if I went xhp I would b loosing 2.4 cm off the width to gain .4 on the projection. Doesn’t really sound like a good idea to b honest I think I would rather have the diameter as my rib cage isn’t small… Dunno these seem like tony amounts either way guess I will let dr fiumara decide far too complex to for me! As long as I don’t end up with cones hahahah xx

Hi, I had UHP. I thought I was having just HP until my surgeon came into see me before I went down to surgery and saw UHP on the paperwork! I did panic as I’d done no research on this but trusted his judgement. I’ve read they are better for narrower girls but I am not narrow! I’m almost 2 weeks post op now so still a way to go before I see the final result. There are pics on my profile if you want to take a look x

    Thanks Helen,
Strange isn’t it, she said she would rather go xhp at the consultation, guess I will see haha. Everyone looks so different also I guess I will just wait and see it’s so hard having a pic of what I want in my mind and trying to communicate that to the surgeon wahhhh. Thank u for ur advice r u happy with urs? They look lovely xx

It is really hard, it costs a lot of money and you just want them to be perfect. There’s so many choices but I think you need to listen to your PS as they are the experts. I do wish I’d gone bigger but I know they haven’t dropped and fluffed yet and they look so much better than they did. Good luck xx
