Huge bruise and now I'm worried??

I had my implants replaced on 6th June due to CC and the right one has healed lovely. THe left one had a huge bruise on which I attached pictures for. And the bruise has gone but left behind a red really bumpy hard lump and have no idea what it could be. I live really far from the hospital so it’s not really possible to call and book with the nurse unless I plan in advance so not sure if I should just leave it and see if it heals itself.

Sorry can’t help STX and any answers you get on here will probably be guesswork, get your nurses email address and forward the image to her she will send it on to your surgeon if she has any concerns, sorry to hear you had CC realy hope everything works out for you with your re-op xxx
