hurtin under strapping:(

Itching and sore under strapping just on the rite side. It feels more padded then the left. Hope its not infected 🙁

Hopefully not hum they just heal differently so treat them separate. I used to wonder why my left was hurting and right seemed to be fine but once strapping came off it was all good so basically out it down to the strapping being too tight on that side and caused slight brushing under left breast but bottom line I was thankfully healing well and hopefully it’d the same for you. Itching is defo coming as we sweat under it and strapping becomes looser so sometimes that can cause itchiness.

I was like this with my strapping. Had mine off today and I’ve got loads of sores! Hope it doesn’t bother you too much! Xx

Wot did they say bout the sores. Ive got quite a few where its starting to peel off. And like blood blisters where the strapping crosses over:( x

Hi Tasha. I had blisters too from the strapping and as I had a little scratch at the edge I burst one. I called up to ask if this was normal and they told me to come up to see a nurse.. I did and she took off the strapping as she said she was worried the blisters(quite big too) would get infected.. I was only day 3.. Maybe u could call tomorrow And see what that say?? Better to get them checked.. I have been today for my 1 week check and the nurse said scars are healing fine, but has out a dry dressing on the big blister just to make sure it stays clean but nothing to worry about. Don’t stress too much, just call up tomorrow…. Keep up with your antibiotics and painkillers too. Xx

Sure Hun…I remember having one blister too and a dark reddish line that came from the edge of the strapping under the arm but it faded out over the weeks and blister scabbed up and went away at around 2-3 weeks but all depends on how quick your body heals as everyone’s different. I wouldn’t worry too much but reading mikaylas comment it may be safer just to call the nurse to get some reassurance and maybe get checked out.

Not much really! She just said to clean them with water and pat them dry. Tbh tho even now I have my strapping off either my arm is rubbing and sticking to it or my bra is so can’t win! Xx

If it helps at all under my left boobs where the strapping was i had a big crease in my skin but it was taped like that so every time i moved my left arm i felt like there was something really wrong it was so uncomfortable once thstrapping came.off i was absolutely fine dx
