Hi everyone, I just had 300cc and an uplift with Dr Traynor at First Trust Hospital Preston on 10th Feb and was wondering if anyone had any useful tips on keeping the rest of myself clean avoiding my breast area? I tried to go into a very shallow bath earlier today and I couldn’t last more than 2 minutes before I felt a bit weak and tired and even a bit sick once my bra was off. Should I keep it on? Also, I’m not sure how to wash my hair… Any ideas? Thank you!

Don’t take your bra off when in the bath hun. Have a strip wash at sink of baths making you off it. And if you can’t manAge washing your hair over bath or sink what about a cheap hairdresser for a wash and blow dry x

I’ve been leaving my bra on in a shallow bath and then first few days I used baby wipes for my top half and then once I was feeling better after the first week I’ve now been still leaving it on in the bath but then taking it off for a few minutes to have a proper wash just in the sink and then putting it straight back on.njust making during my insicions don’t get wet! It’s hard to wash under arms with the bra on so the few minutes doesn’t harm as long as you’re careful xx

Get someone to tie you’re hair up for a few days then kneel at the bath with you’re head over and let a friend wash it and dry it xx
