im really really uncomfortable 1 day post op :( any help??

hi girls

really happy i went through with op but im at home now and really feeling uncomfortable, not sure which bra i should be wearing, or how tight it should feel?

any ideas on how to relax, every move i make feels like im straining my new boobies xxxx

The first week is a killer! Are you strapped up in anything? Personally i didnt wear a bra as found it to uncomfortable all i did was rest up and dose up on co codamols. Feel free to ask me any questions xxx

Hi what did you have understood or overs? I am on day 6 only now starting to feel OK, really struggled the first few days x

@chloe i have a piece of rubbery tape going from one armpit down under my boobs and then back up to my other arm pit covering my scars, i had overs @kim x

ive got a sports bra on now its tight but very supportive i feel loads better with it on, isnt it weird having big boobs i cant quite believe it every time i look down haha.

how long did youse wear ur sports bra for? xxxx
