In agony, help :(

Had my BA today, when I woke up the pain wasn’t so bad,now it’s horrendous, I have taken my pain killers and got ice on them for swelling, can anyone recommend anything I can do to help? Any advice would be amazing as I can’t move it hurts that much haha 🙁

Get distracted… Sit down and watch a film or ten:)) (I literally watched all the series of Vampire Dieries to kill time) and sleep.. Dose up on ibuprofen. Be patient. It gets better each day.. Xx

make sure you are taking meds right on time, never take them late, control that pain!! hot water bottle on back, ice on boobs- sent me to sleep! im one week post op and in no pain. give it 5 days you will feel so much better.

Will do, been using ice but doesn’t seem to be helping:( can’t move at all without being in agony:( not sure whether I’m just being a wimp though haha 🙂 today is a lot worse than yesterday so hopefully tomorrow will get better:) going to go for a little walk soon to keep active! @luce I’m glad you’re feeling good! Did everything go okay for you and are you pleased with results so far?:) also can anyone tell me when they start to drop and when they will be funny dropped? I’m so impatient hahahaha 🙂 xxx

I’m pleased so far! today is first day with no strapping, sports bra feels like heaven in comparison! back to work tomorrow so doing loads of washing and organising today, feels so freeeee to be moving around normally!
my cuts are neat and I have very little bruising, one is slightly more swollen than the other but other than that so far completely symmetrical and nipples not in odd places- my main concern! feel like my nipples are quite puffy but guess that’s normal for one week post op. they are very round, shiny and firm but again, guessing that’s the norm.. aha so much guess work here!
just cant wait to see final result, going to upload photos this eve if you would like a look.
how do yours feel? just stay on sofa all day! I didn’t do anything for a 3 or 4 days, my sister was my slave!

Hi Chloe you’re done then I did ask yesterday but obviously you needed rest.aww is the pain that bad Hun like Luce said plenty of films and rest.i have a 20 month old son who loves diving on me so I’m definetly not looking forward to the first week after lol hope you feel better soon.cant wait to see them ha xx
