In more pain now strapping off?

Has anyone else found this? Barely slept last night. Had strapping off yesterday and put macom on for first time. Felt so much pain from incisions swapped to lipoelastic one but still in agony every movement really hurting again. Pains coming from underneath where incisions are

Okay thank u Hun guess I need to be more patient. Thought I was going to have some relief lol x
