In so much pain ! Need advice !!

Girls has any one got any advice for me. Had my op yesterday and I’m in so much pain, the pain relief they gave me isn’t working and my nurse told me to take ibruprofen in between the pain relief but this also isn’t working and the strapping is digging into me, can anyone give me any advice on how to help

What medication are you taking ? Try ice packs there a big help as it numbs some pain xx

What kind of pain you having? I had mine yesterday and mine just feel really heavy/stiff when I’m walking around n when I’m sat down my back aches. I’m sat with an ice pack on my chest and a hot water bottle on my back! Try that and if that doesn’t work phone your nurse and ask if you can go buy some stronger painkillers such as cocodimol or codeiene xxxx

Hey Hun how did it go? What painkillers were you given ? I’m uncomfortable but in a lot of pain don’t know why, pain relief isn’t really working

Hi Hun not really much advice I can give apart from get lost of rest and drink lots of fluids, I had the worse 12 days of my life after my op I cried everyday I was in that much pain ???? Just hang on in then Hun it does get better I promise xx

Hey girls, can I just ask the ladies that had pain did you have it on the day of your op to? I had mine today and up to now the pain hasn’t been to bad but I’m just wondering could it cone Tomoz? Xx

Thank you I hope so! Because right now the pain is so bad can’t even lay down without it hurting so bad. It doesn’t help that the painkillers aren’t doing much ! X

Kool paks on your boobs, hot water bottle on your back. Unfortunately you just have to ride it out. But the pain will be a distant memory soon. It will be worth it on the end xxx

I was the same babe pain unbelievable and nothing touched it. All I can say is I cried thinking I wouldn’t feel normal again but I’m now 13 days post op and I’m almost okay no. No pain anymore just slight soreness if do too much. It won’t last long I promise x

Yes soon as I woke from op I was in pain x

I’m okay just still in pain and uncomfortable and cannot breathe with this strapping ! Want to rip it off !
