    Hey,

I didn’t wanna do this especially as it was just yesterday having my op and I know it’s probs normal.
Does anyone have or know how to help the pain where the incisions are? It feels like burning and I think it’s just where the strapping is pushing on them?
I think the breast band is pushing down on them too, can anyone relate and help?

Hi babe I didn’t have any strapping on at all just my Macom, up until about 6dpo my left incision was burning like mad for ages but I didn’t have any pain at all in my right! It’s just your skin knitting it’s self back together, I’m 11dpo now and not feeling any pain from then anymore plus I have my plasters off now so it’s just them in my bra, all I would say is hang in there! Xx

I used to put cotton pads underneath my bra where the incisions are it used to help with the pain abit and take the pressure off your incisions – it’ was really uncomfortable sometimes. it should be ok by the end of week 2 xx
