Infected incision??

Has anybodys incisions been infected??
My right boob isn’t sore atall near my incision but my left one is.sore in one are (if I touch it) and feels more raised.. Ive got my post op tomorrow but just wondering if anybody has or thats normal.. I’ve taken all of my antibiotics other than one which I’ve got to have tonight x
