Is 445 big enough?!

I’m booked to have 445 overs on the 25th but I’m getting boob greed before I even have them?!
I’m 5’8″ size 8-10 I want to be an E cup. My surgeon offered me 375 / 400 / 420 /445 so I’ve already chosen the biggest size but now I’m thinking is it big enough?! X x x
