Is it just rice to test?

To test what size you maybe achieve, is it just rice or can you use another product aswell?x

I was going to ask something similar to this! Do you just weight out the size or your implants in grams?? Just bought my sports bra for the op and want to give it a little test haha xx

Yeah I’m exactly the same haha just brought mine but have no rice so wondering if like sugar or something else could be used lol yeah you weigh it to the implant size your having 🙂 xx

When idol the rice test they all looked too big in my opinion it’s best to test them in clinic with the implants x

Oh did it?! I’ve had two consultations already, and my op is in 23 days so thought I’d try the test out too lol x

I did the rice test after my consultation. My surgeon told me to measure out 335cc 365cc and 400cc and put them into old tights and pop them in my bra to give mean idea of size! Funnily enough tonight I compared my rice pic in sports bra with my new boobs in bra and can’t barely see any difference – obviously real boobs look way better;)

How do you do this?? I’ve been offered 325, 350 or 375 and would like to try this test out myself as the bras at the clinic just didn’t seem to sit the implants right x

Hi girls, I had 325cc HP unders on 18/3 with Mr Kazzazi and tried the rice test first. I know it’s not 100% accurate but it did help me to get the right size sports bra. I measured out 325g of rice and put it in to a stocking, tied it in a knot as close to the rice as possible so none could get out and it formed a round shape then chopped the end of the stockings off (my husband laughed like mad when he got home as said it looked like I had made a nipple on the end where the knot was!!) I then just took those with me to the shops and tried my bras on. Mr Kazzazi said I would be a c so bought that but as it was so tight I got a d and dd also. I kept the tags on all of them and took the others back to change for right size after op. I ended up with 34dd which was the comfiest with the rice in too so it does work as an idea of size just be prepared to laugh when you look in the mirror with them in!! Good luck xx
