So I had my op yesterday afternoon .. Under muscle 300cc/325cc go and I’m in agony :/ sorry if I’m scaring anyone. I’ve got a little frame and haven’t had any ops before. But it’s 4am after and I can’t even move to get my water. The pain in my muscles is nothing I’ve ever felt I can’t even sit up on my own and I’m meant to be going home today … Anyone else have this? Worried my bodies rejecting the implants or something ! ???xx

I can’t sit myself up either, I wouldn’t say I’m in pain more uncomfortable as if I have a tun of bricks on my chest. My upper body and arms are useless.

My sports bra is so tight That it’s causing pain. The nurse said it was ok yesterday but I think they’ve swollen more since and now unless I undo it I’m taking tiny breaths constantly because of the tightness of the bra. Haven’t got any bigger and I’m worried I’ll course a problem.

    How was your sleep?

I’m just like whimpering to myself in my room ha trying to get myself up at 4am to the loo was an absolute mission … And the nurse came in and I asked if she could hand me the water and she was like ‘wow you can’t even do that? U need to do it yourself for when u go home…’ I was like nice one ?? il be going in a few hours ..: dreading getting up and ready and trying to get into the car! 4 hour drive aswell xx

I’ve just taken off my baggy top and seen quite how big they are looking??
I’ve had to get two new bras due to swelling today and currently got on a 34F, expect to go down obviously… gobsmacked lol.

I feel so tired, napping all the time but other than that I’m feeling ok. Mainly aching. How are you feeling now?

Itching to see mine, this weeks going to drag I just know it lol

Had mine yesterday too. I ache more than have actual pain. My Dr put my asda sports bra on me rather than my Macom which I thought was odd as it was MYA that advised me to get the Macom. Anyone else have this? X

I was exactly the same, I cried loads haha, and I thought I would never not be in pain again, but I’m 23 days post op now, and feel sooooo much better, ever so slightly restricted with my movements but that’s it! There’s light at the end of the tunnel promise xx

I brought a Macom which was recommended by a nurse. But I saw a different nurse on the day of my op and showed her my macom and asda one she also chose asda!
Then I went for my 1 week post op check and saw the nurse who recomended the Macom and she said omg I love that sports bra that’s amazing where is it from and I said asda and she said deffo stick with that one?! Lol xx

Which one do you have from asda??? I’ve got an asda one on but it’s rubbing on my wounds…. Have you got the one that zips up the front?? I’ve just sent my mum back to asda cause I’m in so much pain the way my bra is resting on my dressings!! xx

God it looks like I’m having the most pain out of everyone ! ? feels like I’ve torn the muscles really bad that it’s sharp pain whenever I move.. N trying to get up outta bed is the worse! My husbands doing everything for me from tying hair up to cleaning teeth … Nightmare ? xx

Also are we supposed to do any sort of exercises or movements? Or just keep very still? Haha read somewhere that some surgeons say to raise your arms to ease the muscles in?? Dunno if making limited movements is making it more stiff??? X

Oh god girls, I was expecting to be in pain but it sounds horrendous going by what you have all said ?? I’ve got my op on Monday, having 425 unders. Thank god I have my parents and friends who help with my 3 children as looks like I’m going to be out of action for a while ? Hope you all feel better soon xx

@SARAHX I had mine yesterday and I feel the same as you, I’m tired but can’t seem to drift off had 4 hours sleep last night, it feels like I’ve torn all muscles in my chest the same as you but I felt no pian yesterday so was tying my hair up, opening doors etc so I’ve probably made it worse for today. I can cope I’d say tho just looking forward to the healing xx

Horrible isn’t it @vicky! I’ve managed to get up a couple of times today with no help n clean teeth n Feed myself ! Husbands had to cut up food for me ? I’d say I’m getting used to it a fraction more but it still wrecks! Guna ring work n take another week off – can see this being a slow process!!! Xx

Hey, I had my op on Monday too. I was meant to be a day case but they told me I needed to stay over night as I was so weak! I couldn’t even walk to the toilet, so they had to bring me one of those wheelchair toilet things! I’m st home now and doing little by little. I managed to pick up a spoon for some soup and pull my pants down for the loo which is a massive improvement! Haha I’ve been trying to move my arms as they were the most painful and only today can I lift them to touch my face.

Don’t worry to much as we all take pain differently! Keep positive and it’ll get better xx
