Ladies this bra is driving me nuts rubbing under my arms where it’s sore, do you think it’s ok to take it off for a bit whilst sitting watching tv?

Hi Tracey, I probably wouldn’t if you’re not long post op. They need lots of support x

i was wondering the same as i feel like its pressure on my chest, but took it off this morning to change sports bra and it feels the same hehe. yes they do need lots of support, they need to be sitting higher so they settle into the pocket as im guessing the pocket would over stretch if it wasnt supported xxxxx

I wish we could as I hate having a bra on 24/7 even with it being comfortable lol xx

I took my Macom off for about 20 minutes last night and just laid on my bed with no covers, it was pure bliss.. As my boobs are so so dry and itchy it was so good to not have fabric rubbing on them!
I really don’t think 20 minutes is going to make a difference with the healing process, it’s the same amount of time as when you have a shower & things which is necessary. Xx

After a week of having mine done I leave my bra off for an hour every evening after my bath/shower… Then put it back in just before I go to sleep, feels nice to let them breath for a bit! Don’t think it does any harm as long your not running and jumping around lol x
