Is it ok to stop sleeping in a sports bra?

I’m 4 months post op and have been sleeping in my macom bra every night, do all you post op girls still do this or am I just being paranoid that my boobies are going to sag! Ha

I was told by Mr kazzazi at my 12 week check that I could stop wearing my bra to sleep in. However I don’t feel comfortable doing it and am too paranoid they will sag. Monday-Friday 24/7 I wear my shock absorber and weekends my underwired bras. I am 7 months post op x

I was told at 8 weeks ok to sleep braless.. Which I just started but I wanted mine to drop a bit more anyhow.
