Is it worth choosing the bigger option? Started by: Milena Todorova

First of all, Hello, I’m Milena – new to this forum 🙂

I’m having my op in 9 days and I’m getting 420cc over the muscle. I’m currently a 34B. I was offered 420 or 450 but my ps said that if I go 450 I run the risk of visible rippling whereas if I do 420 then it will be just right and would be just on the border of it. He said it is up to me but is 30cc worth it? Will it make a visible difference? I’m aiming to be a full D, I’ve got a particularl look in mind – similar to some of the girls on this site with 400 and something overs, but as we all know the same implant will look different on everybody. I’m so worried I won’t get the look I want ?

    Thanks!

I think to be safer go for the smaller optic the difference is the amount of a few teaspoons, in terms of size it will probably make little to no difference that’s what the surgeon told me when I was choosing.( my size choices had a 25cc difference)

if it risks rippling I would take the advice of the surgeon – just think what would be worse : rippling or boobs that are a smidge smaller .

And on a side note to be honest most girls end up quite a bit bigger than they and their surgeon planned it’s impossible to really guess what you’ll end up. But with 420 I’m pretty certain you’ll get the look you want .I for example ended up with 28E’s although I’ve been wearing 32 D/DD’s as they’re easier to find , I only got 250 and asked for a small C cup !(granted my back measurement is small so it’s all relative of measurements) xx

Hmm I guess I should just stick with 420 to be on the safer side. It’s crazy how 250cc can go such a long way! It looks so good on you, like a full C in the bikini top alone. I asked for a small D and he recommended 420cc so god knows what I’ll end up with but I pray for a full D. I said to my PS if I get a BA I want myself and others to see that my boobs are big and for them not to be unnoticeable under full clothing. As superficial as that sounds, I’m paying 4.5k so it better bloody show for something! Xx

The general rule is 150cc is a cup size so you could possibly even end up closer to a DD. Surgeons are no good with cup sizes, they dont really take into account that cup sizes differ greatly depending on your back size. I think with 420cc youll get a great result & the extra cc isnt going to make a big enough difference especially when your rippling risk is significantly increased xx
