Hi girls so my surgery is on 20th Jan & my macom bra has just arrived in the post. I’m having 450cc unders. I ordered my backside in the macom which is 32, but it’s frigging tiny, I can’t imagine it going over my new boobs. Very confused, any recommendations on bras & sizes etc also very welcome xxx

I found i couldnt wear my macom the first 5 days as it just would not fit around the bloating and swelling! I had a m&s sports bra which i went up a back size which was ideal for the first few days xx

I bought a 32 back and a 34! Trust me, if it’s tight now you most definitely won’t get it on! I am normally a 32, they are tight and compressing but that’s what you want, the nurse put a 34 on my straight after surgery and that was tight! Now 2 weeks post op it’s baggy and isn’t fitted on the band at all. Xx

What a nightmare! Shall I keep the macom to wear later on or do u think it won’t fit at all? If I buy the m&s sports bra what is it called ? & what cup size should I buy as I have no clue what I will be xx

    I was a 36 B and had 500CC
    I brought 36 L Macom
36 E Marks & Spencer and both fit perfect although i find the Macom are scratchy on very sensitive boobies

I used to wear a 32 back but bought medium macoms (34) to account for the swelling. They were fine for the first week but after that the bands were too big so I couldn’t wear them anymore!! They are supposed to be tight, I sometimes had to undo the bottom few clasps of mine for the first week or so xx

@amber-rose1993 I would buy a 34 for first week with swelling (you can always sell it after) and then get 32 backs from there on! When I first tried the 32 (with no boobs) I was even like this is dead tight) but after you have wore the 34 and the swelling goes down you realise they aren’t really supported properly and you then feel better and compressed in 32! Xxx
