I haven’t had any pain at all.. Just feel like i had bruised ribs, i don’t feel the need to take my painkillers.. So i just take my co-codomal tablets before bed just to be on the safe side.. I sleep absolutely fine sat up, i keep seeing girls saying they’re being sick etc,…. Anyone else got no pain at all or am i just lucky???
I had mine done yesterday and don’t have any pain really, I still take my pain killers as I fear of I stop I will get sore ? I guess we are just lucky and have good pain thresholds! Did you have overs or unders? X
@danielle oh thankgod haha.. Yeah even on the day of my op i felt fine, i havent took painkillers in the daytime, i had partials, i have my strapping on til friday, did you have strapping? X
I’m pain free too!! I literally feel like I haven’t had anything done apart from the nerve shooting pains which are so quick, the itching and bloating but I don’t need to take pain relief. I stopped taking my codeine yesterday afternoon as it was making me feel unwell and have been fine since. I think we must be lucky. I did have overs though xx
@amyparren i had partials & ive felt no pain at all really, only when i sneeze it feels like its pulling on my incisions lol but other than that ive felt fine since sunday xx

@danielle i wish i had that my strapping is squashing my boobs lol and @janelle i had partials… I think if you dont think of the pain & sit still feeling sorry for yourself etc you’ll be fine.. My friend had hers done and she was scared & she was in pain.. so tell yourself its all gona be okay and it will be xxx
@janelle I had 400 HP unders, I thought the pain would be horrendous due to the stuff I read on here but it’s been complete opposite so try not to worry to much! I’d hate strapping I think, sometime wearing the sports bra 24/7 is bad enough! Xx
I agree I think you just have to get up and about and get on with it then rest and sleep then do the same again. I have a toddler so there’s not that much sitting around for mew part from no lifting and I sleep when he does but I probably should. I’m 4 days post op and had my dressings changed today and strapping off and went into London this morning alone then went to oxford street. We’re also moving house and I’ve worked this evening and literally just got into bed and haven’t taken any pain relief all day. Honestly think that you’ll be ok and you will! Xx
I’m excalty same as you kayla I kept seen post saying they couldn’t breath nd they was in a right old mess nd I was losing sleep nd lot worring about my op nd wen it all came down 2 it I will as brill no pain or nothing just my back is really akey that’s it I’m 1 week tomoz post op nd after 4 days I was back driving my car I’ve been fine I think every1 is different nd sum get away without much pain nd others really suffer I neva had 2 hav those drains either nd I was really happy about that as I was dreading that bit but I was absolutely fine every1 heals different were just the lucky ens I guess xx
