Hi Jade, I’ve do Juice Plus and highly recommend it, me and my fiancée did it for 6 weeks in the run up to our holiday and I lost 13lb and my fiancée lost 1st5lb (annoying he lost for ha) I think it’s really easy to do as you don’t have to think much about meal times apart from your evening meal but mainly we stuck to lots of chicken and meats with salad or veg! And sweet potatoes they are a god send when dieting! I snacked on fruits and nuts in the day so never was hungry and the weight dropped off! I also had loads of energy which helped with my training! Defo worth a go in my opinion xx

I stopped as i moved house & couldn’t find my tins lol found them ages ago but had no motivation so starting again today. My hair felt so much thicker when i was on it, skin was lovely & i had loads of energy. Its full of vitamins. Give it a try Hun. Xx

You should buy a juicer and do it yourself.
It does work for short term with ppl I know, I’ve not personally done it but if you read the ingredients which are not all good and natural you mite want to re-consider x

I’m trained in nutrition and honestly it’s not the best try paleo or blending your own fruit and veg…. Plus it will be cheaper for you.

From doing juice plus I would say avoid it. It’s extra money and to be honest I lost more weight by eating clean and exercising. In all fairness on the juice plus diet you do a 14 day detox before u do the shakes which is eating healthy. Plus ur body isn’t designed to replace meals for a powder shake. Xx

All of these diets are just quick fixes only for the weight to go back on once you’ve stopped. Try doing high protein and low carb as lifestyle change. I lost 4 stone this way after having my daughter in the first nine months. She is now 19 months and I’ve still kept it off 🙂 xx
