Just a few questions!

Hiya girls! just to start off, i cnt believe how much ive missed this site lol think i may be slightly addicted! .. well having my op on 30th and just wna ask few questions.. how long after can you have a drink? how long after till you can wear propa bra’s? im in debate with surgeon at the min wether to have 300 or 340’s what size sports bra do i need? How long b4 you can go swimming, and also Spray Tan? Any info on any of my questions would be a great help! Thanks

lol one last thing… my pc has told me i cant change my night case to a day case becuase i live more then an hour away from the clinic? is this true?

I was told no alcohol 2 weeks before or after. And 6 weeks til proper bras.same.with swimming I think xxx

hi hun yeah agreed and was told same as twinkletoes lol. I had 240s 6 days ago now and i got a D sports bra and fits snug. Got 2 macom ones at the mo there the best , there a tad expensive but defo recommended.

I also lived about an hour and half away from hospital and was a daycase but stayed at a hotel nearby for that night just incase xx

not240s i meant 340’s !!

i had 265’d and wearing 34d and 34c sports bra’s.. on my pre/post op advice sheet it says no drinking 2 days pre op and after antibiotics are finished post op, no wired bra’s fo 6 weeks. I went for my post op with the nurse on tuesday and she told me no swimming or even submerging my scars in the bath til i see my surgeon in 6 weeks (that’ll take me to 2 months post op). And usually bra’s are at 6 weeks but on my paperwork my surgeon has said sports bra for 4 weeks? not 6? so god knows! I think different surgeons have different rules but as a rough guide line its 6 weeks normally lol xx

you can cahnge to a daycase but youll have to stay close to the hospital. i steayed in a hotel because it was a lot more comforatbel for me to be with my partner and a lot cheaper than a hospital stay! xx

thanks girls. i asked my pc if i could change to a day case an she said no! gracie mac can i add you please! 6 weeks with out a propa wash o dear.. i feel sorry for who evas sits next to me on my christmas doo! lol..

hahaha you can still have a shower hun – just can’t keep your scars under water… you’ll be smelling of roses at your xmas do 😀 I had my second shower since my op this morning and washed my hair and it makes you feel soooo much better!!! I’ll add you now xx
