Just had my consultation in Essex and Met a surgeon

So yesterday I went for my consultation, went well, I even got to see a surgeon on the same day. He was lovely. I didnt really ask many questions. He just said it would be a standard opp going under the breast and I tried on different sizes. I am currently B cup but thinking I will be nearly a DD after opp. It all happend really fast and they can fit me in over the next few weeks! Just worried about price as not sure if they could do lower and the pain after? Any Advice or tips out there? I 100% want it done! Sooner the better
