Just had plasters off incisions – question?

Hey everyone just a quick on. I had my plasters off today at 2 weeks post op and nurse was very happy with my healing so didn’t need any more dressings on. But my concern is, since having them off today I can feel something round about where my scar is. Is it the implant? It’s very hard?
