Hey ladies, so I’ve just scheduled a phone call for the 4th November to book my consultation for the week after.

Just wondered, If I manage to get a late space how soon after the consultation would it be? How long did you have to wait till surgery?

I’m getting so excited now, been jumping around for 10 mins with my son asking if I’m dancing…

Thanks in advance for your answers…

Hi girls – I have my surgeon consultation in December – I’m not looking at booking my op for a while after that – can I still opt for late space booking?

    Menu

Hello hun. I had my first consultation on the 25th of sept and took a late space and had my surgery on the 1st of October!! Was all very quick. It was so stressful trying to get everything sorted in such a short space of time so if you take a late space try and get prepared as possible, it was worth all the stress but I wouldn’t recommend doing it all as quick as I did xxxxx

Ignore me I mean the 18th I had my first consultation, 25th was the first time I met my surgeon then surgery on the 1st of Oct xxx

Wow that-s really quick louisee1919. I wish I could do mine in that time-frame! 🙂
I doubt I’ll qualify for a late space then. I think I’ll push for a day case, I’d like to save something and to be honest I prefer the idea of getting to return home.

I saved £800 from my op too so I’d defo recommend a late space, just not as late as mine haha xx

Wow that’s a lot, yeah… I’d love to do it, but by the time I have my consultation I’ll only have about half the fees… 🙁
I suppose a credit card would help, it’s just convincing my husband that we should go for it. That’s a big saving.

    Menu

If you have half of the full premium you can pay that, then pay the rest off monthly interest free over 10 months!! Well that’s what im doing anyways you should speak to your PC about it, its made it so much more affordable for me xx

U could have your consult decide on weather u want to go with mya wait save the money then ring and book thats what i did OR do the cash payment bumped up with finance for 12months x

Oh right, so you can still get the late space offer if you don’t book at the consultation? I thought you had to book on the day of your surgeon consultation to get late spaces?
Cos I think by Xmas we’ll have about £3,500. So if I left booking, then called up once I have the rest of the cash, I could book a late space and pay the full amount?
Or like you say, put a big deposit down and then pay it up.
I know it seems silly to want to save a bit on it, but it’s a lot of money and with young kids you want to be careful, and anything I’ve got left from any offers/savings I can always use to buy bras and clothes afterwards.

Wow, that’s brilliant! I din’t know you could do that.
Ok so if I meet the surgeon, going for a late space won’t guarantee me getting him?
I guess I could live with that, I mean, they’re all very good and experienced etc. I’m booked in with Mr Mounir on December 7th for my consultation.
It’d be good to save something. If I can get a late space I’ll go for it, but I would want to be a day case if not.
My husband is working so hard to help me save, he’s said we’ll look at our options. He wants me to be happy. And he’s pretty thrifty so saving anything would be a bonus as far as he’s concerned! He said after all this is over he’s going to start saving for a vintage car, because he’ll deserve having something of his own! As if a pair of new boobs on the Mrs isn’t enough! 😛

Can you get a day case surgery on late space too?! :O This is amazing – I didn’t know it was so flexible.
He’s a good guy. He loves me the way I am, but he knows this will make me happier so he’s saving hard! It was funny – at my Initial Consultation my PC asked if he supported me wanting surgery, and he said “Oh yes!” A little too keenly, and I told him he sounded like a pervert. She didn’t know where to look, I have a strange sense of humour!
Are you nervous about it? Who’s your surgeon?

That’s great I didn’t know that! 🙂 I will be sure to ask about it. Thank you.
Me too – my brain is like “boobs, boobs, boobs boobs, boobs!” All the time. I honestly think I think about them more than my husband does! But that’s understandable, I don’t have boobs at all. Lol.

I feel like it’s all I do, I’m either thinking about saving money for them, researching the op, talking about them, dreaming of all the fancy lingerie I want to buy, looking at pre and post op photos or looking through magazines at women in pretty dresses thinking ‘ my boobs will look like that one day!” …. I can’t wait!! It’s going to be a big deal to me. I’ll finally feel and look like a woman. I don’t really think about the size much, I’ll need to wait and see what is recommended for me I think. I have no idea what I’m aiming for.
I hear good things about Mr Schavoni. Do they use dissolving stitches?
    Good luck with your surgery!

    xx

Aww bless! Yeah I sympathise there completely. My boobs completely disappeared after breastfeeding. I was hoping my boobs would stick around long enough for my wedding day, but they didn’t. So hoping we can re-new our vows to each other too once this is all done. I wouldn’t even get undressed in front of my husband for a long time. I’ve never had boobs apart from when I was pregnant though, so it’ll be a shock I think when I wake up and see them! Lol.
