Lifting

Hi girls,
Anyone who does any manual handling with their job? Forgot to ask my nurse how long until I should wait to lift properly after BA. Anyone share the advice they were given?

I work with children, so that involves a lot of handling and lifting, especially of the babies. I went back to work after a week and have now been signed off by MYA for another week as did too much. I have been told 6 weeks of light duties and no lifting. Hooe this helps 🙂 x

God yea Megan!! Defo need more than a week for lifting children. Least u managed to get more time off and lighter duties!! Xx
