Lifting arms after op

Hi girls,
Just wondering how long it is until we can lift our arms after the op? I forgot to ask my nurse. I’m 2weeks post op from an uplift and enlargement, and can almost lift them above my head again but I’m not sure if we have to just do it when we feel ready or if we are meant to actually refrain from doing it for a certain time?

im 5days post op today and i woke up with my arms raised high with my hands under my head lol thats when i realised oh i can move them now lool but i do honestly believe its because of all the right food you eat for you to heal sooner i have had soup with chiken ,carrots aubergine and yam. all are high protein and helped so much xx

Gd to hear! i accidentally did a full stretch a few times when i just woke up & suddenly thought to myself ‘oh shit!!! im not supposed to lift my arms above my shoulders!!’ then that kept me thinkin if i ruin my implants e whole day …haha
