I think you can start walking pretty quickly after the surgery. I’m 10 days post op and went for my first walk today. Only 40 min but it was long enough after spending the last 10 days at home. It felt good although I was still getting a little bit of pain / tightness in my ribs and between my shoulder blades. Good luck! Xx

Ive been active since 2days post op and ive been ok it just means that you tire more quickly because of the anesthetic .. 7 days post op today and still annoyed that i cant seem to get rid of the 5lb i seem to have gained the day of surgery ! hmmmmm xx

Its fine i just had to hold the top of my boobs sometimes when they hurt , im 12 days PO and was back at work yesterday, ive never sat still since my OP tbh, (2 kids and a puppy) and walking helps actually…..I did a bit of research and a 400cc implant is about 1lb per implant so remember to take 2lbs off the scales! helps the mind rest lol xx
