Hi Lou! I have a couple of the m&s sports bras and I’ve found them really cumfy. I’ve got a couple of Asda ones too which are good but I don’t think they’re as soft as the m&s ones xx

I think I’m going to get one of the cheaper Asda ones until my op is done then get a M&S one once I know what size I’ll be. I can’t afford to be buying 2 or 3 more expensive ones at the minute because I had to pay more deposit than I was expecting ?

I have one from M&S aswell as George & find the M&S ones a lot more supportive, asda one is comfy but didn’t feel like it kept them very secure! Good luck for your ops girls they come round so fast Xxx

I find them so comfy not tried the asda ones . They say go up a back size for your op and the estimated cup size so I’m a 34A/B now and got 36DD D and E bras , if you buy and leave tags on you can exchange within 28days x

    Hi girls,
my surgeon told me that having a sport bra after the operation is not enough. It doesn’t have the right compression and support you need. You risk the potential rotation or asymmetry. Not even talking about capsular contracture. If you spend so much money on BA, I think it’s better to pay little bit more for good bra made for post op. care and have a perfect result.

I’ve been advised to buy a bra from http://www.recovapostsurgery.com it cost £60 a bra, I’m going to get one as I want the best result
