    Hi girls

This might sound like a silly question but why is it not a good idea to lose a lot of weight after a ba? I’m looking to lose around a stone after I’m 6 weeks po. Do you think this is doable? Possible a little more..x

Apparently it can cause rippling, as you loose weight you will lose breast tissue so can see the implant more or if you lose too much skin can stretch and sag like it would before a ba. I’ve tried loosing weight before my op hasn’t been going well and only 8 weeks to go lol so I’ve got 2 3 stone i want off eventually. It all depends on the amount of breast tissue people have and where they would usually lose it. If u r like me and don’t loose or gain tissue in the breasts no matter how my weight changes you should be okay, I’ve heard surgeons say 10-15 lbs is okay to loose as well but don’t recommend any more than that. I think if you loose is slowly and the healthy way it would also help I’m on another forum and so many girls have lost a lot of weight and have been fine, others not depends person to person but majority I’ve read have said it made there boobs look bigger as there frame obviously got smaller, I’d be fine with that! Xx

Thanks Hayley. I seem to put weight on in every area apart from my boobs so for once this might actually benefit me haha! Ideally I want to lose a stone and a half! Good luck with yours x x
