Slimming world works for my friends and they don’t starve plus you can continue after ba.
I personally have taken up walking( I live in a very hilly area) and drinking water and know in s few weeks I will be toned and lost half a stone.
The few weeks after my ba I was wobbly and defo over indulged at Christmas so now 9 weeks po I sm giving myself a kick up bum.

Best way to burn fat and tone at the same time is hiit cardio workouts. You can get loads on YouTube from fitness blender. Also clean eating is very much the same as slimming world, but you can just look it up online, instead of paying a subscription. I started clean eating at the beginning of jan and lost 7lbs in the first few days, I’ve stopped losing now, but what I lose in fat I put on in muscle and am looking great compared to the beginning of the year. I have my BA on 18th April, and I am trying to tone up a bit more before then too xx

Eat clean, drink minimum 2 litres of water per day and plenty balanced exersize -weight training-cardio-short interval- will work wonders. Goodluck xxx

I have lost three stone of baby weight in three months by doing Celebrity Slim which you can buy in Boots. I lost 8lb in the first week so you could lose 7lb really easily. Xx

Hi hun i dont really need to lose weight but it would be nice to just shift a few lbs like u.. so ive made a few slight changes.. i make sure i stay under 1200 cals a day i have protein and salads etc instead of things like mc donalds haha.. ive only been using my treadmill to start and just doing 300 cals in 40 mins once a day.. and it seems to be working x
