Low impact sports bras

im so confused with sports bras!! Ive been living in my macom, im 3 weeks po. Bought a 2 pack sports bra from Asda, but they are only low impact? Is this okay?? Cx

I’ve noticed a lot of girls have brought them from asda.. And they’ve been fine.
I’ve got 2 shock absorbers and there a lot more supportive than the macom but I wear mine when I want to wear a nice top cause it’s more of a bra 🙂 xx

I asked my nurse about this yesterday – whether medium or low impact would still be fine as most of the prettier ones I’m finding are low and medium impact! 🙂 She said that as long as when you have it on, your boobs aren’t moving and you can walk around and not feel them moving then its absolutely fine as you are fully supported, hope this helps 🙂
