Hey guys just wondering why do some surgeons lower the crease? and by how much would they do this by?

Have you been told u need your crease lowering hun? In my opinion this is much harder to get over and much more likely for things to not look exactly as they should, with that said some girls have had success but not all, it’s more complicated a d the implant then has to drop into the new crease X

Thoroughly research this subject, I had my creases lowered I had tubular constricted breasts which my surgeon also scored internally to give me a round shape. The new creases are really really low especially on one side and when you first seem them it’s quite a shock though the left one has almost dropped in the right probably has half an inch to go. I had mr singh and I wouldn’t trust anyone else despite not yet having the required results just yet, I’m 23 days post op xx

I know this might seem daft but how do you know if your crease has been lowered? Its not something I ever discussed? Xx

They didn’t tell me mine was being lowered until I asked afterwards because they felt lower. But I was having tubular breast correction so I guess that’s just part of it. Mine pretty much fell straight into the new crease but I didn’t really have a crease in the first place they were so small lol xx

Who is your surgeon!? I had my crease lowered and haven’t had any issues at all. I think mine were slightly tubular beforehand – but I think that having my boobs now as high up as they used to be would just look odd and stuck on. I think that’s why they lower the crease as they’re bigger, you don’t want them to be stuck right under your chin!
Feel free to add if you want to see pre and post pics x

Lowering the crease is mainly used to achieve a new level of the breast this is most common with girls with tubular breasts, uneven breasts or sometimes when having a rather large implant it will need more space to sit in position but if you do have even breasts to start off with an incision is made slightly lower then natural create very very slightly below the natural crease ( this is if you are having bigger implants ) Although with weight of implants most cases lowering the crease is unnecessary.
