lump and pain 1 year after ba!! :(

I had 525 partials a year ago love them had no probs until now! Been a bit sore under my right breast since yesterday just felt it and can feel a big lump type thing and its quite painful what could this be? Any help appreciated do i go to go or back to Dr Singh xx

If u feel a lump if it was me I would either see my doctors incase it was cancerous -hopefully not , or see your surgeon.
