Lump in breast and very SORE!!!

Got a couple of things I need help with girls xx
First, Ive found a lump in my breast, kind of as small as a pea, at the top of my breast, anybody know what this is?? Tried to book an appointment with the nurse but no one has answered all day!
Second thing, my breasts are so sore especially my nipples, the sports bra is killing me, does anyone know anything I can do or put on them to soothe them?
Any help would be great!!xxx

Can’t help with the lump but do your nipples feel super sensitive?

Lansinoh cream! I used it when I was breastfeeding and my nips were red raw – you could try that and perhaps some breast pads to stop the chaffing! xx

Have you tried putting breast pads (or just some cotton wool) between your nipples and the bra to stop the rubbing? Also can buy a great cream for sore nipples that I had for Brest feeding. Will look it up and come back to you as can only remember that it starts with an l xx

It’s caused by nerve damage , the whole of my breasts feel like it 🙁 it’s agony x
