    When can you lie flat or on your side? I’m 7 days post op and that’s the worst thing sleeping propped up, I’m hardley getting any sleep.

    Omg, you poor thing! I was up for first 48hrs, then lay flat, then went on my side frm day 8 I think, so much more comfy! X x x

    I laid flat from the first or second night, my boobs are fine (nearly 2 weeks post-op now).

    I’m nearly 2weeks post Op and only just laid on my back 2 days ago, I still have slight pain as I bruised very very badly, I also sometimes can’t get up so bare this in mind when lying down! x

    I didn’t lay flat till 2 weeks post op I was too scared to invade I couldn’t get up again lol. Laying on my side I did yesterday (3weeks post op) because I was drunk lol but woke up feeling fine going to give it a try tonight, but everybodies different. Whenever you feel ready x

    heyyy, i lied on my back straight after surgery and lied on my side after 3 days or something after and it was fine :).. if it feels ok to do so then im sure its fine.
