The i bra is supossed to be for implants bigger than 350cc and the signature for smaller than 350cc but people with bigger implants still use the signature xx
I’ve heard so many mixed reviews about the Macom. Some surgeons like but most don’t although the nurses really recommend it so what I’ve done is ordered the signature one as it’s cheaper lol and girls that have had bigger implants seem to be fine wearing that one xx
