So I have seen people say to go up x1 back size or your post op sports bra… But just found this info below.. What do you all think? 🙂

It is a common misconception that one’s back size will be bigger post a
breast augmentation – this is not the case, it is just the cups, and this is
why you only need to know your current high street back size.

They say go up a back size cos you will more than likely be all swollen. I know I was. But now im in normal bras again. I’ve gone down to my old back size x

I was advised not to go up a back size and didn’t have a problem. The macom bra is stretchy so if your back is swollen it won’t be uncomfortable, and if your back is swollen it won’t be for long anyway. It’s mostly the front that swells x

I was told stay your own back size for macom, and go up one for other normal sports bras. I’m back down to a 32 but still wear my 34 sports bra at night x

I’m usually a 32 back size and bought a small Macom bra and it didn’t even fit round! I’m in a 36 F atm as I must be really swollen! But I think that’s just me everyone else seems to get their normal back size and their fine 🙂 x

I’ve bought a macom for my op on Friday. I’ve tried it on now and it’s feels really tight. But I measured my back size and got the right one. Is it going to feel too tight after op. x

I think as long as its not underwired and is a tight sports bra for support you will be ok. Best for a one that can be done up at the front too xx
