I am looking at ordering a Macom bra for after surgery at the moment I flutter between wearing a size 32 band and 34 however every online bra measurement I’ve done as always said 32 but I find some too tight .. Now should I op for the 32 to support my new babies or will this be too tight on my incisions?
And what other good bras are there? I’ve looked at others but they ask for a cup size and I don’t know whether to buy one cup size up from what I am now so there lose at the moment but should be tight after the surgery x

Oh hun it is confusing but from what you have said I would probably go with 32 back in the macom bra – there are generous on size so should be perfect – don’t forget to use the discount code – I think it is mybreast. good luck x

I would recommend getting 2 they are amazing, one 32 one 34 you can always sell the one in the future, I went up a back size which im glad I did as my rib area swelled up a lot no way a 32 would of fitted but once the swelling went down I needed a 32 xxx

Hi girls! I got my bra from boobydoo.com they’ve have rave reviews and work it cheaper than a macom even with the discount off! There back sizes cover 32-34 so it’s perfect if your not sure! It zips up at the front and is low down so it doesn’t touch your scars, waiting for mine to be delivered my op is 4th March! X

Hi I’m 2 weeks PO and i was told to go up in the back to allow for swelling, I’m a 32 and I got a 34, swelling has gone down a bit now so I’ve ordered a 32 as i want them to feel secure, the 34 now feels a bit loose. As for lying on your incisions, the Macom bra is the only bra that actually lies below, all of the others, seem to lie on them and I found these uncomfortable. Macom website use discount code “mybreast” xxx

Get a 32, the nurse will give you some gauze to ease your discomfort on your bra line, that’s what I have got today from the nurse in Manchester x
