    Hi girlies,

I’m not really having any pain bar the odd shooting pain now and again, however I’m feeling a little uncomfortable as my Macon bra is putting pressure on my incisions is there any way I can prevent it from rubbing them?

I’m having this problem too. I was surprised because the bra is supposed to be longer so it doesn’t hit the incisions but I’m finding this is causing me more discomfort than the actual procedure! Last night I switched my bra to an ordinary sports bra that I purchased from Asda to sleep in to give me some relief and put my Macom back on today. It’s definitely helped a bit and I think I’ll be doing it again tonight too x

Can you change the length of your shoulder straps to try and pull it a little lower down below your incisions? X

I got given sterile swabs which are soft and fairly thick to put over my incisions so they didn’t rub on my bra
