Pics upside down oops ha. In the mornings the pain is really uncomfortable because everything trying to heal now but as the day goes on it’s not too bad. There really bruised but I just keep taking my meds and although they make me feel really groggy it helps with the pain x

How are u feeling micha you seemed a little down yesterday x

Much better Hayley! Pod1 was the worst each day getting slightly better 🙂 I can sit up on my own now my insiscions are hurting the most today I’m scared if I move they are going to rip! Still feeling very heavy! How are you today babe? Xxx

Yeah I keep thinking mine are going to rip and I keep walking round with my hand underneath them like there dead heavy. X

I’m all done just home relaxing on the couch with loads of pillows behind me!! Had 340 overs with Paul Clarke at transform just feel heavy on my chest but fine other than that!!
Hoping I get a good night sleep now!! I will post some pics tomorrow..xx

Yey well done steph it’s such a relief when it’s over isn’t it although in a weird kind of way I enjoyed the whole day it was exciting. Had my hair blown at the hair dressers today as not been able to wash it since Monday and had some gel nails put on to so feeling abit more girly again xx

Hayley have you tried arnica tablets for the bruising? I’ve been taking them for four days already as they are supposed to help with bruising!!
My sister in law is my hairdresser do she has just put me French plaits in this morning so don’t have to worry about my hair until Thursday when I’m back in work!!
I’m getting my nails done on Tuesday I have had acrylics for years and can’t cope without them!!
I feel fine today just achy and heavy tried my macom bra this morning and it’s too tight so sending it back going to m and s tomorrow as my friend recommended their sports bras although I’ve got the asda one on now and that feels fine!! Hope you’re feeling better today and you too micha!!xx
