Massaging ???

Do mya advice to massage or anything i went to get my plasters of yesterday she pretty much just said there heeling really well see you in 5 weeks but coz i was so happy with that i forgot to ask if i should be doing anything ??

I wasn’t told to massage. Mine seem to have dropped loads! In just over two weeks though. Not sure if the breast band has anything to do with it xx

I was never told to massage, but for the first 4 weeks mine would not drop at all! I researched and started massaging, and I heard a weird popping noise and it felt like my implant had almost tried to break out ? I scared myself and haven’t done it since!! I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are specifically told to do it! I know some girls with capsular contracture are told to massage xx

Aww thankyou both of you thats helpfull she said mine have settled really well at one week they arnt high up at all so that quite lucky xxx
